  1. Your domain is brand new which the mail companies do not trust, so they keep it in spam, this may happen in the case of paid mail service for some time.
  2. You are using web hosting, not mail hosting, mail companies recognize this server as a web hosting server.
  3. No unsubscribe header.
  4. There is a file or text that goes to spam according to the algorithm of the mail company.

How to solve it?
At the beginning of the article, it was stated that webmail is not for professional use. So using Business Mail or Mail Exchanger for professional use all over the world is the solution. For free there are Zoho, Yandex and many paid ones like GSuite, Microsoft Office 365, Zoho Pro etc. And yes, if you do not spam webmail, then it will be resolved in a few days.

You may be wondering why I can’t use webmail professionally. Because you bought it with money.
Simple answer, try to understand if webmail could be used professionally, there would not be so many mail providers. And they do it because you use a professional mail service.
